The idea of a universal energy pervading all nature has been held by Indian Rishis and Yogis (Godmen), thousands of years back. Around 500 BC , Western philospher Pythagorean accepted existence of energy in form of luminous body and held that light could produce variety of effects in the human organism. In early 12th century scholars Boirac and Liebeault explained that human energy can cause an interaction between individuals from distance.
The energy axes of the human body has relationship with the orientations (dishas) and the different types of energy rediations from the different sources. This is the key to understanding the relationship between the energy fields of man and manmade environment like buildings in which he lives. The orientation of buildings, according to their forms and materials used, will create either the right or harmonious environment, or a wrong and negative environment that affects man physically, mentally and spiritually.

This is widely used by the house owners, business managers, various associations, medical practitioners, property developers, builders, architects, engineers. The clients call upon us to enhance their existing residences and the work places. Guidance is sought in the new purchases including selection, purchase and sale of land and property.
The projects include all sorts of developments in various stages for residential, commercial properties, apartments, colony and land scape developments, industries/factories, office complexes, hotels.
An Integrated Approach:
We are able to provide complete architectural and drafting services, so that VASTU design criteria are incorporated into all stages of building design, construction or renovation. We also work in cooperation with your chosen architect or builder.
Consultation
We can provide basic advice to anyone, anywhere by phone, fax and e-mail, but a thorough and accurate appraisal requires us to visit your site/property. In all situations we require a scale plan of your land/building with an accurate indication of magnetic north. We sand you a form to complete, which asks for personal details and a brief history of your property.
Our costs for travel and long distance communications are charged to clients. We require a deposit of 50% on all jobs. Total travel time upto one hour is not charged.

(ii) Beyond 5,000 sq.ft. :- Initial charges

(B) FOR OFFICE & RESIDENCE :-

USD 1.5per sq.ft.
(ii) Beyond 2,000 sq.ft. :- Initial amount

(C) FOR LAND :-
(i) Upto 10,000 sq.ft. – 0.25 USD. per sq.ft.
(ii) Beyond 10,000 Sq.ft. :- 0.1 USD per sq.ft.

(E) FOLLOW UP VASTU WORK
USD 500/- per day
Our professional services includes three stages of work viz. All the consumable will be charged extra. Actual to and fro out of pocket expenses will have to be borne by the client.
Phase-I
(a) Site inspection, collection of details regarding land building & owners. Measurements of the prevaling energies in the environment, impact of surrounding on the users etc., is already been taken.
(b) On the basis of above observations we prepared phase one report with general recommendations.
(c) Phase one designing, general planning and drawings according to vastu norms, which includes interior planning, placement of furniture etc. is completed.
Phase-II
(a) Detail calculation for sensitive environment design preparation of data & shad Vargas calculation for whole premises & area for key personals has already been done.
(b) On the basis of assessment of energy dynamics between the occupants the building & its environment, we prepare detail report along with drawings is to completed.
(c) Recommendation for neutralization of geopathic aggressions & various modern environmental hazards such as Electro-magnetic radiation’s & toxic materials has been given in our report.
Phase-III
(a) Execution of the report given in phase -II, which includes energy balancing energy shielding & regulating flow of energies to harmonize the environment according to user.
(b) Color balancing, placement of harmoniser, geopathic reversals etc if required.
